10/10 experience all around! Everyone here that I worked with was great! I set an appointment with TJ and he had the car pulled up for me and ready when I arrived. He took me on a test drive that allowed for me to get a great feel for the car and what it is capable of. I ran short of time the first day as I have a very packed schedule but he was able to get everything ready for me to come back in the next day to finish the paperwork. Daniel in finance was efficient and thorough which I greatly appreciate! He went over all of my options with me and explained what would be most important in my situation. Thanks guys, I smile every time I get into my new car. More

Timothy Selby has been our sales representative for our last three vehicles. He knows us and our likes and dislikes. There was no haggling back and forth with the price of their vehicle and the value of our trade in vehicle. Everything was up front right a way. There was no pressure. An extremely pleasant experience. Even three of the service advisors came out to greet us and support us in our purchase. More

They have been consistently fair and solution focussed for years! TJ, yes the guy with the hat, is at the top of his game. He knows his customers, knows his cars and puts the two together to solve problems and find solutions. Sean, the Sales Manager is just the same. There is nothing "stuffy" about this BMW dealership they are a down to earth, great team and under Jon Taylor's leadership have been forged into this problem-solving crew with the highest of standards. This review is based on at least 4 cars from them over the last 7 years. More

Great Experience! My wife and I viewed some SUV’s on line and called BMW of Salem to schedule a test drive. When we arrived our sales consultant T.J. had the vehicles r My wife and I viewed some SUV’s on line and called BMW of Salem to schedule a test drive. When we arrived our sales consultant T.J. had the vehicles ready. We took them for a drive and drove the one we purchased twice to make sure it was the one we wanted. T.J. explained all the features of each vehicle as we drove. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase. It was like going for a drive with a friend. When we decided on the one, TJ made the whole purchase process efficiently and effortlessly for us. His expertise and knowledge of the vehicles he sells is amazing. TJ and the rest of the staff at Salem BMW put the customer first. No pressure, product knowledge, courtesy and respect. This was truly a “Great Experience “. More

trade in My 535 had a leak in the transmission at 50,000 miles, they fixed it and it began to leak again at 75,000 miles. BMW wouldn't stand behind the fix ( My 535 had a leak in the transmission at 50,000 miles, they fixed it and it began to leak again at 75,000 miles. BMW wouldn't stand behind the fix (should have replaced the transmission under warranty at 50,000) so the dealership made good on the brand promise and got me into a new vehicle for the price I felt was fair. Much thanks to Kenzie in service and TJ in sales. More
