Every person I had contact with at Merchant’s Auto was helpful, friendly, and did everything they could to make sure it was a positive experience. They didn’t try to sell me a different car, they answered all my questions and gave me ample time to check it out and test drive it, no pressure! I will definitely purchase another car from them in the future! More

Toby Pena was amazing when I came to purchase another vehicle at Merchants. (My last vehicle lasted over 7 years, with an excess of 190k miles on it.) I came to trade in my vehicle and purchase my next o vehicle at Merchants. (My last vehicle lasted over 7 years, with an excess of 190k miles on it.) I came to trade in my vehicle and purchase my next one. Toby was attentive, took the time to listen to what I was looking for. Found me multiple options, and I had my financing, and my new car faster than I thought possible. I want to say that the showroom was extremely busy the day I came in and despite helping multiple people, I did not have to wait for anything, nor feel rushed. Toby was always smiling and obviously loves his job, and he's great at it. More
