Car with 10k miles broke down 45 min from my home. Had to use BMW roadside. Tow didn’t come for 12 hours so wasn’t happy! Thankfully , Ubered home and was reimbursed from BMW for the cost. I prefer this dealership over the other one where they treat you like “why are you here and how did you get here.” Everyone is nice and professional. I like that they team you up with the same service advisor every time. The receptionist ALWAYS greets with a smile and a warm welcome. At the other place when you walk in, they just glare at you. Techs are always on point. I love the video and text updates. Been here a few times. Never had an unpleasant experience. Todd compromised with me on a service when he 100% did not have to, but he did. That made me a lifetime customer. I’m almost ready to purchase my next one! The ladies at the payment center are also very pleasant to deal with and I think they quietly and professionally feel your “pain” of paying $85 for windshield wipers! Lol. But hey when you drive an Ultimate Driving Machine, you gotta pay the cost to be a Boss! More
