When I first got there, the associate mentioned that I didn’t have an appointment until 1 PM which I did not set that time, but I told them that I had to come in that morning and drop it off and she said didn’t have an appointment until 1 PM which I did not set that time, but I told them that I had to come in that morning and drop it off and she said that would be fine, but it looked like there was a little bit of miscommunication between the service department and the rental department so I’m standing and waiting around for everything to get in place knowing that I called them last Thursday and they had Friday and Saturday to have it prepared for Monday but Kevin was amazing. He called me and kept me updated on the progress of my Nissan. More
