We had a very nice experience purchasing our new truck. After shopping around South Florida and Central Florida, we found this place. The price on the internet was the real price, when everyone else was ch After shopping around South Florida and Central Florida, we found this place. The price on the internet was the real price, when everyone else was charging 10,000 and 20,000 above msrp. Sonny was a great salesperson from beginning to end; he was truthful and often call to follow up as we waited for our truck which was in transit. We received our truck in less than 2 weeks, clean and with a tank fully of gas. I will definitely recommend Phillips Dodge and Ram! More

So if I was able to not put a star I would .This was the worst expert ce I've had I had a recall on my 2024 Dodge Charger arrived at 10:30 am had an 11 am appt no problem arrive they ask what service I said worst expert ce I've had I had a recall on my 2024 Dodge Charger arrived at 10:30 am had an 11 am appt no problem arrive they ask what service I said software recall no problem take my car no other questions asked about the vehicle other than will I be waiting or dropping off after about an hour the service guy comes to me and said well we did your recall but now your car won't start? Then the question is asked has your car been modified by chance .why wouldn't that question be asked before the update as a precaution to assure it's not going to mess things up or give me the option to not have it done .long story short I am stuck at dodge for 5 hrs no vehicle and no solution or any idea on how this will be fixed other than it's not dodge fault. eventually, I towed my vehicle from dodge at my expense and now had to pay $500 to get it fixed again at my expense with dodge not offering any assistance I will tell everyone I come in contact with never to use this dealership and post on all social media platforms to help spread the word The worst experience ever! More

After I purchased the car, ready to leave. Found those problems.The back-up camera is blur, cannot see anything.There's serious leaking under the hood. Rear seat has something like stain. But, I just realized that's how they hide the stain.) But, there's nothing you will do. BECAUSE I ALREADY BOUGHT IT.AND, I was so mad about the manger, Todd. The cigarette odor is really obvious, but WHY DIDN'T HE EVEN MENTION DURING THE CONVERSATION? All I think about is he wants to hide the truth. And, he knew I'm out of state; so, if I just ship it, there's nothing I can do, but accept that stinky smell and all problems. How's that possible to get a 4.5 review for the dealer who wants to hide all the issues? This is so ridiculous and unscrupulous. More
