Best dearlership experience ever Tom and Misty were amazing. The whole team was awesome.They were patient and very knowledgeable about the experience. They listened to me and helped me get what I wanted. As a customer, I felt like I mattered and more importantly that what I wanted was important to them not just selling me any car. Misty was so kind to drive with me to CarMax to return my regretted purchase and drive me to the dealership to get my new car. The whole team was warm and I could tell they all enjoyed working together and helping each other which made the experience even more pleasant for me. Was not a ford fan before but from now on, it is only ford for myself and my family and with this dealership. More

Excellent customer service! I am extremely pleased with our recent purchase of a Ford Explorer. We found the cars that we wanted to test drive online. Tom Martin (fleet director) I am extremely pleased with our recent purchase of a Ford Explorer. We found the cars that we wanted to test drive online. Tom Martin (fleet director), had the cars in the lot and ready for us when we arrived. Ulices Tellez answered all of our questions and stayed past hours for us to test drive our selections. They gave us honest opinions of the two that we were considering. We left with the information that they provided to make our final decision. (No pressure). We called this morning, completed the information that they needed and picked up the Explorer after work. Easy transaction. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service provided by Tom Andrews (Finance Director), and Luke Bosco (Finance Manager). Thank you! We will be a repeat customer! More

I was pleased with my experience in the whole process of choosing, test driving, and purchasing a new ford. The salesman Surafel was knowledgeable, helpful, and considerate of my time and kept me informed o choosing, test driving, and purchasing a new ford. The salesman Surafel was knowledgeable, helpful, and considerate of my time and kept me informed of the incentives, rebates and offers from ford. He also kept me informed of the deadlines of those rebates and offers. The finance Director Thomas Andrews worked those numbers in my favor to provide the best possible financing available. I will purchase my next vehicle from this dealership in the near future. Ford has a great product and Sam Pack's 5 star Ford of Lewisville has great customer service. To the owner, you have a great team of employees, keep up the good work. More
