Our whole experience in purchasing a new Edge was great. There was no pressure and everyone went out of their way to help us. Tom made special trip to Jacksonville to pick up vehicle for repairs that were necessary to complete sale. I had mentioned that I found an owners manual online (couldn't find one for purchased vehicle in yo for repairs that were necessary to complete sale. I had mentioned that I found an owners manual online (couldn't find one for purchased vehicle in your store); it was a free pdf, but before he knew that he offered to reimburse me for the cost of the manual. Everything that I asked him to check out, he made note of and did, and reported back to me in a reasonable time frame. I felt he was very professional and took that extra step to keep a customer. I expect good service from anyone who wants business, but you don't expect the extra things that Tom provided! More

I appreciate his honesty with me as well as the way he treated me. No matter what my questions or concerns have been Tom has been there to help me. Even after his work hours. I was having a problem with the lights on my car when I was out of town and I called Tom, he was there to walk me through everything and make sure I was safe and taken care of for my trip and my trip back.
