I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and tell them to make sure they ask for Tom when they got there. My husband and I were met as soon as we arrived in the showroom with a big smile and friendly hello from Chris Dame. We sat down with Tom Krell and discussed our truck needs. Bozard Ford had amazing customer service and they went out of there way to get me a car. They also gave advice and insight in making sure the cars I looked at were in my price range and considered EPA val out of there way to get me a car. They did not force me to take any initial action under pressure nor did they try to sell me a car that was unrealistic to my needs. Bozard Ford managed to keep their inventory on their website updated frequently and provided prices and many photos which is very helpful compared to other dealer's online sites. Their sales team was also determined to give the customer the best experience even if it was at the hands of another salesman. I met just about every employee there in my car shopping adventure and they were all more then helpful. Thanks BOZARD! More

It is an Escape and I have been wanting one for a long time. We bought a KIA the last time, and it was great, but not a Ford. We are very happy that we decided to go and talk to Tom Krell about it and he was very helpful and very friendly. We were the first customers that he had at Bozard Ford and I am sure he will have many more. This dealership was very helpful and we were very satisfied with all the employees there.
