We went to Liberty after a not-so-good experience looking at and pricing cars at another dealership in the area. I called before we stopped by and was connected to Tom Quinn whom I told what we were looking at and pricing cars at another dealership in the area. He said that he did not have any vehicles on the lot or coming in shortly that met our criteria but we decided to stop by to take a good look at the options on the Forester. Well. lo and behold, by the time we arrived (about an hour later) Tom had found that he, indeed, had one coming in the next day. After looking at the options on one that was in stock we decided to go for the one that was coming in (the color was exactly what we wanted too!). We got a Great price on the vehicle and a good price on our trade. After meeting Tom in person we found that we had met both him and Henry at their previous life, a Toyota dealer !! Kevin did a great job explaining all the financial stuff and Dan fielded the needed questions regarding documentation from our Insurance carrier. Also, Tom Portee made the closing process painless (or as painless as possible). We would DEFINITELY go to Liberty again (and, recommend them to our friends!) More

I can not say enough about Liberty Subaru in Emerson, NJ. I appreciate immensely both Rob and Dan's time in getting my paperwork processed and the car to me ASAP. I appreciate Rob coming in on his day off to deliver the car to me. I hope that when this lease matures that Subaru will have another car that catches my eye so that I can have the ease and friendliness of using Liberty Subaru again. Steve, our online sales representative, was quick to respond to our initial quote and subsequent follow up until we test drove the Forester. He gave a complete overview of the features of the car and went over the financing options. Paper works were done in plenty light and privacy. Tom went over the financing aspect in a clear yet simple fashion, making this confusing part easy to understand the first time. We felt confident to move forward with Liberty Subaru. Dan sent me to salesman Jeff Miletta to help me find the car I wanted and to explain how leasing worked since I have never leased before. Well, 2 1/2 hours and dozens of questions later, Jeff was still as patient and professional as he was when I had met him earlier. I never felt rushed or as if I was "bothering" him at any time. Jeff was truly interested in getting me the best deal possible and was very personable in the process. After the easy decision to purchase the car, I was sent to Tom Portee to work out the finance numbers. Tom, as with Dan and Jeff, was very helpful and professional. I really want to thank the Liberty Subaru crew for making my car purchase run flawlessly. Thanks guys. More

After a short introductory phone conversation with Tom Quinn about the vehicle I wanted to purchase, I decided I would take a chance, and a car service (about 15 miles), to buy the new car I was told was Quinn about the vehicle I wanted to purchase, I decided I would take a chance, and a car service (about 15 miles), to buy the new car I was told was in stock. Indeed, as promised, a few hours later I was on my way in my new Forester. Tom was absolutely fantastic to do business with. With his no-nonsense attitude, politeness, patience and knowledge of the vehicles,he provided me with good advice without trying to upsell anything. As for the price, I think I would have been hard pressed to find a better one. As for the financing process, it was handled quickly and efficiently by Tom Portee. Again, great terms, no up-selling, and pleasure to deal with. Tom also made me feel at home thanks to his great personality. I highly recommend the dealership and the two gentlemen I had the pleasure to deal with in particular. More
