We showed up unexpected behind a tow truck with our Winnebago RV that had a problem that was previously repaired by another Mercedes dealer, but broke down again. Darrell and Tom were determined that Winnebago RV that had a problem that was previously repaired by another Mercedes dealer, but broke down again. Darrell and Tom were determined that the problem would be solved this time, and worked until it truly was repaired. It was a very complicated symptom and did take a long time to solve, but they kept at it and were very patient with me whenever I called to inquire of status. We live in Florida so they knew we were not likely to purchase another vehicle from them but we were treated like we had just bought their most expensive model. It seems to me that if you can't get along with their staff that the problem might be you. More

The car service at this location is HORRIBLE! The advisors are inaccessible. They make no effort to observe appt times. They didn't put my car back together. I met Mr. McDonald March 2019, I had gone into the MB dealership to purchase my Mercedes. I had recently paid off two other vehicle, one of which I had co-signed for a family member and that experience b dealership to purchase my Mercedes. I had recently paid off two other vehicle, one of which I had co-signed for a family member and that experience brought my credit score extremely down. I explained the co-sign situation to Mr. McDonald and he reviewed my credit report and immediately knew that I was financially creditable to repay a MB loan. With his push and assistance, I was approved for my 2020 GLE350 vehicle loan and repaid the loan less than two (2) years. Thank you James for recognizing my credit situation and knowing that I am credit worthy. I will tell everyone to select you for a salesman. More

Let me start by saying Mercedes Benz of silver spring has always been my favorite Mercedes to get my car serviced. From the service department, Tom is the best and sweetest guy on the planet I’m pretty sure I’m hard to deal with a drama queen for sure most of the time Tom on the other hand effortlessly deals with me he makes sure I’m happy laughing and my needs are met :) thanks Tom you’re truly amazing. Hi Lovence from the sales department you will forever be my favorite person when I’m looking to buy a new car you’re straight to the point I’m in and out in less than 3 hrs you’re honest and beyond hilarious it’s always a pleasure when I see you thank you so much for being such a beautiful and funny person it makes all the difference. Tom super awesome and extremely knowledgeable about the Mercedes Benz product. I came into the dealership on a Saturday for something minor and wanted to have my brakes checked. Service advisor (Juan Easl Mercedes Benz product. I came into the dealership on a Saturday for something minor and wanted to have my brakes checked. Service advisor (Juan Easley) informed me that the service manager Tom would test drive my vehicle to ensure the brakes were properly functional. During the test drive Tom advised me that he was going to test the ABS in my vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Mercedes Benz product and shared a lot of insight on my vehicle. He also went a step further upon our return to the dealership to look up and explain all the services that were performed on my vehicle prior to my ownership which was January 25, 2021. I definitely feel comfortable in knowing that when I come to Mercedes Benz of SilverSpring all of my services and sales needs will be meet. Thanks again Tom you rocked! 😉.
