I believe it was Pre-owned Car Mgr Joey Abdullah that evaluated the value of my trade in and I was very pleased to get a very fair offer right off, no haggling. Inventory Mgr Audrey was very supportive and patient as I ordered up a new truck, days later changed that request but then purchased a vehicle off the lot.
