Excellent service adviser I have owned Cadillacs for years. Tony Burkhalter has been my service adviser for many of those years. Tony goes over and beyond what is required. Before I retired sometimes I would be late getting back to Montgomery. Tony always made arrangements for me to get my vehicle. I am sure you have many great employees but I'm sure you don't have a more dedicated employee. You are so fortunate to have Tony. Have no idea what he is paid but I'm sure it's not what he is worth!! Great service that turned into trading trucks Tony is the best Service Advisor. He always goes above and beyond my expectations. The new GMC trucks in the showroom caught my eye, and when th Tony is the best Service Advisor. He always goes above and beyond my expectations. The new GMC trucks in the showroom caught my eye, and when they provided me with a complimentary trade-in valuation, I couldn't believe how affordable it would be to get into a new truck. I traded on the spot. I highly recommend this dealership. More
