Needing new wiper blades and having a cupon for free wiper blades and installation I thought I would try your dealship. Even though it was raining and just generally a very nasty day I was gievn a very wiper blades and installation I thought I would try your dealship. Even though it was raining and just generally a very nasty day I was gievn a very warm welcome and treated like I was the only person being waited on. Tony was very efficient and professional with a very up-beat manner. It actually took longer to do the paper work (being a first time customer) then it did to have the wiper blades put on my vehicle. For a change it was nice to be treated like I mattered. Thank you Tony for your professionalism. More

Tony was a very professional and knowledgeable employee. He answered all my questions and took good care of me. He made sure I got the discounts I had coming to me with the oil change. Tony Ferrando is very professional, knowledgable and dedicated to keeping Toyotas on the road. He is customer oriented, caring and really listens to what you have to say. He even found a couple of mis dedicated to keeping Toyotas on the road. He is customer oriented, caring and really listens to what you have to say. He even found a couple of mistakes made by others the last time I brought my car in. Tony seems to really like what he is doing, and he is everything a service consultant should be. My wife and I brought our 2009 Prius' in for our 6-month/5,000 mile tune-up today, Saturday, Jan. 14th, 2012, at 8:00AM and Tony Ferrando took my car in and had all the work, including new windshi 6-month/5,000 mile tune-up today, Saturday, Jan. 14th, 2012, at 8:00AM and Tony Ferrando took my car in and had all the work, including new windshield wipers installed, within an hour!! This is the EXCELLENT SERVICE we received today from Tony, and every single time he has taken our car in for service! More
