Needing new wiper blades and having a cupon for free wiper blades and installation I thought I would try your dealship. Even though it was raining and just generally a very nasty day I was gievn a very wiper blades and installation I thought I would try your dealship. Tony was very efficient and professional with a very up-beat manner. It actually took longer to do the paper work (being a first time customer) then it did to have the wiper blades put on my vehicle. For a change it was nice to be treated like I mattered. Thank you Tony for your professionalism. More

Tony Ferrando is very professional, knowledgable and dedicated to keeping Toyotas on the road. He is customer oriented, caring and really listens to what you have to say. He even found a couple of mis dedicated to keeping Toyotas on the road. He is customer oriented, caring and really listens to what you have to say.
