First Time Buyer This was my first time buying a car all on my own. I am fresh out of college and my credit is not the best but Niels Christensen and Antonio Cruz work This was my first time buying a car all on my own. I am fresh out of college and my credit is not the best but Niels Christensen and Antonio Cruz worked with me to get me an incredible deal. When I had a problem with my registration and wanted to switch my insurance, Niels stayed after hours and handled everything for me. He made it completely painless and I am so grateful. From the moment I walked in I never felt pressured or badgered by any of the employees. Tony Ferrando was warm and welcoming and knew the answers to any questions I had about the different models of my car. I love my new Prius! And I honestly think I have made friends here :) Every time I go in for a car wash I am recognized by the owner, he even remembers that I got a Prius, I'm positive this would not be the case at any of the other dealers I visited. A fantastic service advisor, Osvaldo Perez. I put a lot of miles on my Toyotas. I started out with an 06 Camry and put 287,000 miles on it before retiring it. I then pur I put a lot of miles on my Toyotas. I started out with an 06 Camry and put 287,000 miles on it before retiring it. I then purchased a 10 Prius which now has 262,000 miles on it. I am at the dealership every 5 weeks. I drive 1,000 miles per week. I try to use the same service advisor when I visit. Osvaldo Perez is my go to guy and has been for over a year. He does a great job for me and makes my life very easy. I am usually done in one to one and a half hours and on my way to what ever. best car dealership Marcello Alevato and Luis Beltre were both very helpful and made sure we left with a car no matter what obstacles were thrown our way. On Wednesday, June 19, 2013 I brought my Toyota Corolla to the Toyota of Orlando. I was greeted by a welcoming Tony Ferrando who offered me exceptional customer service. I brought my vehicle in for an insp to the Toyota of Orlando. I was greeted by a welcoming Tony Ferrando who offered me exceptional customer service. I brought my vehicle in for an inspection because my maintenance light was on. Mr. Ferrando went above and beyond my expectations. I knew I was in good hands and that I would not be cheated into buying any unnecessary services for my vehicle. Right away Mr. Ferrando pulled up my history's vehicle and told me what services my vehicle had already received. At the end of the inspection, I was told I needed to replace my cabin air filter. I was shown the air filter, and yes, it was quite dirty and needed to be replaced. Mr. Ferrando also explained to me the importance of maintaining my vehicle, and gave me a quick tutorial on a car and its major components. Moreover, my vehicle was able to get what it needed in just under an hour. I felt completely confident that I was getting the best service at Toyota of Orlando, and I will definitely return again. More

My overall experience today was excellent because Tony Ferrando provided me customer service that went above and beyond what I had expected. I brought my 2005 Toyota Corolla (118k miles) in for an oil cha Ferrando provided me customer service that went above and beyond what I had expected. I brought my 2005 Toyota Corolla (118k miles) in for an oil change and something else that was recommended. There was no problem with the oil change. It was the something else that changed the course of my visit, but Tony helped me explore my options and gave me all the details I needed to know about what my car needed. I left better informed, felt like Tony had my best interests in mind, and was very satisfied with the work quality, price(s), and friendliness. The atmosphere is nice too. Thanks! More

I had the 80,000 mile service done today at the new dealership and would like to commend Tony Ferrando for providing excellent customer service. As far as I can tell, the quality of the work was excellent. The price was also great--I really appreciate the holiday discount.
