My grandparents started in the 1950’s with a Cadillac from Brogan’s dealership in Paterson. We continue to purchase from Brogan because of their wonderful sales and service staff. Our service advisor, Tony, goes above and beyond, making sure our vehicles are always cared for. The GM, TJ, and Sales Manager, Rocky, always make sure we receive the best price possible. This time around we obtained a new Sales Rep, Alex. Alex made the entire process as smooth as possible and found the perfect SUV for our needs. Yet again, Brogan went above and beyond and that is why we will continue to return. Thank you! More

I trust him. He refects great credit on himself and Brogan and this is why I consulted TONY who recommended Alex Santos for my new car purchase. Alex has a very polite and respectful demeanor and of course, he's extremely knowledgeable about the product he is selling. When my wife is ready to trade in her 2011 CTS we will be back. More

They replaced the front shocks of my 13K miles truck but they should ve replaced the rear shocks also cause i still have the same horrible bumpy ride even after the front schocks got replaced.I would not blame Brogan Cadillac because of the technical issue caused by manufacturing fault by the GM... To me Brogan Cadillac is the crown jewel of the cadillac dealerships and both Dennis Sloyan and Cliff Bebee exemplify what Cadillac is all about. Attention to detail, knowledgeable and commitment to my needs are what makes Dennis and Cliff the best team I have ever worked with and I have purchased many vehicles over my lifetime.
