I know very little about cars. I love my Lexus but when it has an issue I always get nervous. Your service department: Helen and Tony were extremely helpful and considerate. Mr. Lopez’s personal service was outstanding- attentive, informative, courteous, friendly and extremely professionally. And consistent; I overheard him speaking with other customers in the service waiting a informative, courteous, friendly and extremely professionally. As always, my experience with Lexus Service Department was excellent! Tony as my Service Manager, kept me fully informed of the status of my vehicle.
