They did not apply sales pressure, which has a negative influence on us, but on the contrary, they insisted that a decision of this magnitude should be made cautiously and with due consideration on our part. They made it clear that they wanted us to remain pleased with our choice after the purchase. They were honest in negociating a fair price and allowed us to take two different new models home on trial overnight. We are very pleased with our choice, made just 3 days ago, and we look forward to working with their service department where we expect the same level of professionalism and courtesy. More
