Tonya was outside the showroom when I arrived, greeted me as I walked up and went inside with me. She paid close attention while I described what I was looking for. She showed me the Prius (my main requireme as I walked up and went inside with me. She paid close attention while I described what I was looking for. She showed me the Prius (my main requirement was excellent gas mileage) and went over the features with me. I wanted to do more research on other makes/models, so didn't commit to the Prius then. I visited another dealer with whom I had a long-term relationship, but went back to Tonya for a test drive. When I told her I didn't need all of the advanced features on the model I was driving, she immediately showed me exactly what I was looking for, and the color I wanted was on the lot. After I committed to buying the Prius, Tonya handled the paperwork, even calling my insurance company so I could get coverage. Although she was going out of town the next day, and I know she wanted to get home to pack, she stayed with me until everything was completed. Eddie was very friendly when handling the necessary paperwork, explaining everything as we went along, and answering all my questions. I didn't feel pressured to purchase any particular extended warranty plan, which I greatly appreciate. All in all, this was a great buying experience and would recommend Fred Anderson to others. More

I just recenetly graduated college and I moved to Charleston for a job. I was new to the city and in desperate need of finding a new car. I aven't had much experience in the real world yet, so I was little nevous. I looked many different places for the perfect vehicle, Fred Anderson Toyota being the first place I visited. As soon as I walked in the were extremely friendly and helpful. Tonya immediately assisted me in trying to help me find exactly the kind of car I wanted for the price that I wanted. As much as I was tempted to buy the car the first time I went, I held off so that I could see what other dealers had to offer as well. As I went to other dealers and looked at other cars, I kept being drawn back to Fred Anderson Toyota. I finally went back and Tonya was still just as friendly. I would recommend this dealership and Tonya to anyone, whether this is your first time buying or you are a seasoned veteran. More

After making many trips to dealerships all over Charleston, I finally made it to Fred Anderson's Toyota. I was greeted with a smile and they were extremely knowledgable and friendly. I originally found the auto on the internet, sent an internet message inquiring about it, and within an appropriate time period received a phone message from KELLY. I set up a time to come in and see t internet message inquiring about it, and within an appropriate time period received a phone message from KELLY. I set up a time to come in and see the vehicle and at that point was turned over to Tonya. Tonya worked diligently with me to get the price down to a sum I felt was affordable for my pocketbook. Finally after negotiations betwen myself, Tonya and the sales manager, a purchase price was agreed upon. Tonya made me feel that she was "working for me" first and foremost. All employees I saw in passing were courteous and friendly. I might add that the dealership is absolutely beautiful, kudos to whomever designed the new facility. Dan in the business dept. was very friendly, apprised me of extended warrantys and their various price levels available to me. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism shown by Tonya and Dan. More
