I brought the car in for a service and requested a mini detail Travis asked if I was waiting for the car or coming back. He gave me a time frame for everything so I could make up my mind. I needed the battery in my fob replaced and since I was driving by the dealership I decided to stop in and get one from the service department. After popping it open the service guy "informed" me that unf driving by the dealership I decided to stop in and get one from the service department. After popping it open the service guy "informed" me that unfortunately this was not a typical battery and he could switch it out for $20....I own being an idiot and saying yes... so in 10 seconds I had a new battery and I was out $20.. Well the other day the battery the 2nd for needed replacement and I decided to price it out on Amazon... wasn't I surprised when I learned I could get 5 batteries for $6.95! Same battery .. works perfectly.. SO NOT HAPPY...If this dealership rips you off for a $1.00 battery, I can't even imagine how they would rip you off for a pricey repair. No problem going somewhere else.... Lesson learned... enough said! More

It's a rip of dealership, they want to charge me $680 just to do the diagnostic. so i decided not to do the service, they charge me $209 just to push the car! just to do the diagnostic. so i decided not to do the service, they charge me $209 just to push the car! More

I’ve had my older 3-series serviced here multiple times and am happy with the customer service. Having a loaner car and an assigned service advisor to consult with were really appreciated. From the time that I paid for the service to received a text message saying "sorry that I missed you", 20 more minutes passed. During that 20 minutes I can see my car is there ready for pickup but was tol text message saying "sorry that I missed you", 20 more minutes passed. During that 20 minutes I can see my car is there ready for pickup but was told that "preparing paperwork". More
