I moved to Flemington in 1991. I love it here is a beautiful place. I raised my children Stephen and Samantha here and now my grandchildren are born here too. Another Great Service Experience Just completed two service visits within one week - one for routine maintenance and the other for a paint scratch touch up. Both were handled professionally, the work was done in the initially stated time frame and the car was, in both cases, returned washed. My long time service adviser Dana Claxton shepherded both visits and, as usual, I was kept informed all though out the process. Seamless and painless. This in the way all service visits should be but, many times are not. Definitely not the case at Flemmington BMW. Thanks Dana! More

The sales department starting with Vince Dillon have been extremely patient and helpful in making sure I am happy with all my choices and finding the right fit for me. My experiences with the service department have been exceptional. I had previous experience with a different BMW service department which was horrendous. Flemington has been just the opposite. From the greeting from Trini when I pull in, to the sign in and check out process at the desk, everything is done with a smile and a welcome. Most recently Dana Claxton was my service adviser and she was excellent in her communication and professionalism. More

BEYOND MY ESPECTATIONS As per the above title line I expected the usual premium vehicle experience as I have owned all of the usual premium vehicles- Mercedes, Lexus, Audi, As per the above title line I expected the usual premium vehicle experience as I have owned all of the usual premium vehicles- Mercedes, Lexus, Audi, etc. and in all of those the experiences was mediocre at best for one reason or another. This is my first BMW. First let’s start with my sales person, Chris Leahy. Chris was totally knowledgeable about the X3 ( I have had experiences where the sales person hardly knew anything about the vehicle they were selling). Chris was patient and courteous on the test drive; &. When we came back my mind was immediately made up to start a transaction. On the day of delivery when I had to turn in my lease car to the former dealership, Chris picked me up to deliver me to Flemington BMW (& the other dealership was not exactly around the corner). On delivery of the ‘18 X3- Chris took all the time in the world to make sure I understood & felt totally comfortable before I left to drive home to Pennsylvania (not around the corner, either). And now let’s get to the Sales Manager, Vince Dillon— who made sure from start to finish everything went just right. I cannot think him enough. I already spoke by phone with “Trini”, the BMW GENIUS, who clarified a few questions I had.. Everyone here so far (I only have the vehicle 6 days) is really on the ball. A FABULOUS EXPERIENCE!! Thanks guys!! More
