My only issue with the dealership is the lack of any realistic trade-in option. I understand that is not the primary focus of the business but it is a large hole in the customer service approach and left a bad taste in my mouth after buying my M8. We now have six BMWs so I am a loyal customer, but my poor trade-in experience still bothers me (trade-in offer was about 55% of the value i sold my car for privately) . More
