Back in November, my 10 year old Chevy Malibu broke down, and I was advised the fix would be a new motor. I knew that with the miles being high, I probably would have to get another vehicle eventually. I en and I was advised the fix would be a new motor. I knew I wanted a reliable vehicle that would keep its value, so my mind was set on a Honda HRV, and I planned on looking into it. Fast forward to March. I still didn't try to look at them but started having interest in a Nissan Kicks but sat on that decision too. I went on a 10 day vacation and returned on April 15th. I made a decision that morning to just have my car repaired and buy a new vehicle later. By that same afternoon, my mechanic friend who would be doing the repair advised the shop he was doing side jobs at was sold so he couldn't follow through. I finally gave in and scheduled an appointment with Sydney. Sydney was referred to me by a friend who recently purchased an HRV from him. After a few preliminary questions, I was set up to meet with Sydney on April 18 2024. My intention was to look at my options, but I ended up coming home with a 2024 HRV Sport. KUDOS to Sydney for his excellent customer service. Sydney was patient,kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond and even helped me get my loaner home so I could drive my new HRV home. I dread making financial decisions, but with Sydneys attributes, he made this process so easy. I had so many questions after my purchase, and he has been there to answer them all. I'm so happy I made that call. I also wanted to give Kudos to Tyler, who made sealing the deal seamless. Also, everyone that I interacted with at Hall Honda has been courteous and professional (First Impressions mean everything) Thank ya'll again....... More

I’d heard good things about the Hall dealerships in VB, so when I saw a great deal online for a used 2023 CRV with low miles, I immediately scheduled a test drive. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Ahmed Bouzoubaa. He was professional, friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. Ahmed took us for a walk around the car and thoroughly covered all of the features and upgrades. During my test drive, Ahmed ensured that I try all of the safety features so I could get a good feel for the car. The purchase process went smoothly and I never felt pressured or uneasy (I actually felt like family). I left the dealership with confidence and my dream car. After being disappointed with other dealerships in the past, I cannot recommend this dealership enough. I even returned to the dealership later to receive additional paperwork regarding the warranties I purchased, and Ahmed and his sales manager, Tyler Edwards, made sure I had everything that I needed. Sydney's experience and integrity calmed a lot of the nerves that come with making an important (and big!) purchase. My salesman Kwame was great though I felt the process was flawed. We initially had applied online for the loan and was told over the phone they would go ahead and run it so I didn’t have to drive 1.5 hrs to flawed. I knew exactly what I wanted car wise and the price already. The estimated price was no wear near the final price by well over a hundred dollars a month. So be it. Keagan the finance manager is the reason I will never come back to hall and I will leave negative reviews everywhere from google/Facebook and word of mouth. He was pushy on the aftermarket packages to the point I said just do it to shut him up and get out. He promised myself and my wife while we were in the office that my car had been pulled around to start the paint prep. Guess what after signing all the paperwork it was not pulled into for the prep work. It was in the same spot it was in prior. I had to get who I believe to be the general sales manager involved to get my car pulled to the back. On top of all that every time I’d ask him how much longer he would say 15 minutes well 4 hours later we left to get lunch and when we got back my car was finally done. I mention this part because on multiple occasions I told him my wife was a diabetic and we needed to get her some food but he didn’t care one bit. He also tried to to misrepresent some warranty’s outside when he came to talk to me. More
