I always receive excellent service from ALL departments at Haasz Automall in Ravenna and today was no exception. My 2020 Challenger slipped on the ice while backing into my garage, leaving a white streak o at Haasz Automall in Ravenna and today was no exception. My 2020 Challenger slipped on the ice while backing into my garage, leaving a white streak on the side mirror. I was upset to say the least...brought it by for a service call and stopped over to body shop and saw Ed Raynor working. I showed him the problem and Ed came out and with a little magic, the car looks like new. These guys ALL GET IT; they understand their's is a competitive industry and to set oneself apart from the others sometimes you go the extra mile for your clients. For me, it is EVERY time I am at the dealership, no matter the department. More

I have never worked with an auto dealership with such Integrity, until now. I'm positive we all have horror stories when it comes to buying a vehicle. The barracudas and shenanigans back and forth with the guy behind the closed door. You're just a number, get in get out. NOT here!! Such a professional team, I cannot express my gratitude enough. All my questions were answered and the finacing was thoroughly explained. Rick McCoy, sales person- was outstanding and very patient with me. NO PRESSURE, let me repeat that...absolutely no pressure!!! That was so refreshing. My only regret is that I did not come to the Haasz Auto Mall first, 15 vehicles ago. I purchased a 2017 Winter Edition JKU Wrangler in March. There were some rust spots on the hinges that we agreed during the negotiation that HAASZ would take care of, and they followed through on their word There were some rust spots on the hinges that we agreed during the negotiation that HAASZ would take care of, and they followed through on their word. The used Wrangler came with a hard top and a soft top, which was still bundled in the Jeep from when it was purchased new. I didn't realize until the spring when I went to put on the soft top that it was missing a lot of the parts. When it was traded in, no one caught this error. I brought it to Mike's attention, and HAASZ went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of without charge. I am now enjoying my Jeep with the top down. HUGE thank you to Michael Fulvimar, Tyler Kline, and Ryan Choong! HAASZ is a great company, will do business with them again. More
