My appointment was scheduled the following day at 1:30pm. Arreived at the dealership at 1:20pm. Tyler inspected the strut,and seeing no visible damage, he reattached, tested the opening & closing mechanism to ensure the rear hatch operated nornally I left the dealership at 1:25pm, five minutes before my scheduled appointment. These guys are HORRIBLE! ! I went to their dealership yesterday to look at 2023 4 Runner TRD PRO and I have never been treated so rudely by a salesman in all of my years of bu ! I went to their dealership yesterday to look at 2023 4 Runner TRD PRO and I have never been treated so rudely by a salesman in all of my years of buying vehicles. This salesman walked up to me and said that if I wanted to purchase the vehicle I would have to pay $10K OVER MSRP for the vehicle. Then he laughed and walked off. He wouldn’t even answer any of my questions. My family has purchased MANY of their previous vehicles from this dealership but NEVER again. Let me tell anyone who is reading this post what’s going on in the car industry right now. We are slowly coming out of a lack of inventory crunch do to the pandemic but inventory levels are getting back to where they used to be pre COVID. So these car dealers want you to believe that you have to pay OVER MSRP if you want a vehicle. I assure that’s not true. Just wait a little bit. Don’t fall for Tony Vieros nonsense. Remember, he has been in the business a long time and has trained these salesman to be the liars that they are. They are trained to manipulate a prospective customer. Their job is to get as much money as possible out of you. Do you think that they care about customer retention? They don’t. What they care about is profit. So save yourself a headache and a lot of money and travel a short distance to another Toyota dealership who actually does appreciate your business. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS!! More

We live in South Carolina and finding the exact vehicle that suited my wife was extremely difficult. Luckily Phillips Toyota happened to have the exact vehicle she was looking to purchase. However, Leesbur that suited my wife was extremely difficult. Luckily Phillips Toyota happened to have the exact vehicle she was looking to purchase. However, Leesburg is an 8 hour drive and I am on oxygen. Tyler Williams was our sales representative and took excellent care of us. They were able to appraise our car with pictures and KBB. We were able to arrive at numbers that were suitable to us and they took the time to ensure their car was ready for delivery before we made the trip down. It needed to have some minor work which delayed our travel so they were able to send a driver up to us with the car. Waiting now to receive final paperwork and register the car however the sales experience was great. More
