The salesman, Velislav Deshev was friendly, professional and thorough in his presentation. He listened to what we wanted. He showed us the car, explained its features and functions and we negotiated the price. He is an asset to the company. More

Best dealership experience! My wife and I have been shopping for a new car for a couple of weeks and toured many dealerships in Madison, Sun Prairie, and Sauk City. Wilde East T My wife and I have been shopping for a new car for a couple of weeks and toured many dealerships in Madison, Sun Prairie, and Sauk City. Wilde East Towne Honda was by far the best dealership that we worked with. That was just one of the reasons why we purchased a new CRV from them. I will be recommending Wilde to my customers and friends should they need a new vehicle. Great job to everyone we worked with at Wilde! More

The entire transaction was transparent and there were no surprises or pressure to purchase unnecessary items. On top of all this, I had my three young children with me for the test drive and sales portion. Veli was so understanding and patient with them as we loaded them into our test Pilot. And the kids play area was a life saver when I had to discuss specifics. All in all, I highly recommend Wilde and will be back at the end of my lease. More

He is consistently polite, knowledgeable, and listens to my needs. For any of my future car buying needs, I will be working with Veli! This was the first time working with Steve, and was very happy with his service and quick turnaround on all of the necessary paperwork, etc. I have also utilized their service department in the past and was very pleased with the level of service I received, including sending a tech out on the road with me so I could point out specific noises and/or behavior. Unheard of in working with other dealerships, but fantastic! Thanks, Wilde, for coming to Madison!! More

As our vehicles were dying, we did alot of online research, then some dealer VEHICLE: We've been driving aging, paid-for vehicles for over 10 years. As our vehicles were dying, we did alot of online research, then some dealer research and considered MDX, Pathfinder, Highlander, Grand Cherokee, Explorer and for some reason just thought Pilot was out of our price range, but when we finally took a closer look at Pilot, it was a very quick decision that it was more and better vehicle than all the other ones we researched AND it cost less than all of them. We had a '98 Civic hatchback before we had kids and loved it so we already know Honda quality/reputation/etc. Its hard to have a (large) car payment after a decade without one, but after considering our options, we think we got the best vehicle we could for the money we're spending. SERVICE: My wife submitted an online query and Veli got back to her very quickly and with a very cordial, personable message--Zimbrick sent more of a generic auto-reply type message. Veli getting to us quickly, but not being pushy was just right. When we came for our appointment, he had the Pilot we ended up buying right in front and he literally RAN from place to place to help us (getting our trade number, finding a touring model to compare to the EX-L, etc.) Karen did an equally great job writing up our financing and explaining everything to us. We never thought we'd ever drive a brand new vehicle, but now we are and we feel like we got a great vehicle and the whole process made us very comfortable. They had the advantage that we pretty much had to buy one, but they worked hard for our sale all the way. More

Their facilities were bright, spacious, and well arranged, and their staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful. Their sales consultant, Velislav Deshev, responded to all of our questions and made certain that the car we were considering (and eventually purchased) met all of our needs. His knowledge of the various product lines and their features, as well as his effervescent enthusiasm and positive attitude, were greatly appreciated. Karen Hardrath, Willde’s Business Manager, was also extremely helpful in moving us quickly through all of the necessary paperwork. Several managers stopped by and greeted us during the process, and everyone we met was both friendly and helpful. Our entire experience was exceptional, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the dealership to anyone considering a new car purchase. More

Initial Experience: My wife and I were looking at a Honda Odyssey and were ready to purchase if we could reach an agreement on price. Veli was kind and took us for a test drive. He then assumed the sales role and wrote down our "customer offer" to sign and take to his manager Shawn. This initially made me uncomfortable because a written and signed offer (even on scratch paper) can be accepted and forced by law. He insisted it HAD to be done, so I made sure the offer was something I could live with. Of course they wouldn't accept that so the sales manager Shawn returned with his "sales hat" on with an offer not far from the original asking price, so I said I would like to see his offer on a trade in. The mechanics had gone home already, so Veli made his own appraisal about $2,000 lower than a rough trade in value on NADA.com. We of course turned down that counteroffer and told him we would come back so the mechanics could look at it and give us a more accurate trade in appraisal. A few days later I emailed Veli and Shawn about coming in to have the mechanics look at the trade in and Shawn emailed me back and said yes come in. He failed to mention that he wouldn't be there and Veli had to deal with a completely different sales manager. After my trade in was appraised Veli came back saying "I have good news for you". He then spent the next hour pitching the leasing option on a brand new model. After I heard him out I told him I was not interested in leasing and asked him what the new trade in offer was and he said it was the same. I couldn't believe they conned me into driving back there to simply pitch me the leasing option, knowing their offer wasn't going to change. I sensed frustration from Veli that we were not accepting any of their offers and it made me very uncomfortable. I left there with a sense of relief knowing I didn't do business there because of the tricks they tried to play. Edit: After this review was noticed, I was contacted by the dealer and they acknowledged their miscommunication. They explained what happened on their end. I now do not believe they tried any "shady" tricks. They displayed professionalism in their apology and I expect they will make changes to prevent this issue from repeating. They care much about customer service and to be honest I would consider doing business with them in the future. Very classy management! More

Very slow, disorganized buying process. We actually scheduled an appointment to stop in and purchase a vehicle. We had already taken the test drive and negotiated the price. It still took 3.5 hours. During that time, the only issues were whether we wanted the floormats/stain treatment, extended warranties and a brief credit check. (we brought our own financing.) The explanation for the delay was that they didn't have the final numbers until we made final decisions on the extended warranties. The real problem, however, was that we weren't even asked about this item until we had been there for over two hours. I didn't fully complete the employees section above because we dealt with 7 different employees over our 3.5 hours and I can't remember all of their names. There is no reason why one employee can't have us fill out the two line credit information, ask about floormats, and ask about the extended warranties. When we replace our other vehicle in 2 years, I will not even consider this dealership. More
