Outstanding service on delivery of my 2016 ESCAPE LEASE I was so impressed with the TURNING in of my 2014 ESCAPE lease, at that point I decided to LEASE a 2016 ESCAPE!!!! The people involved in getting me I was so impressed with the TURNING in of my 2014 ESCAPE lease, at that point I decided to LEASE a 2016 ESCAPE!!!! Outstanding Service I drove in from San Antonio Saturday morning and our check engine light came on in the Expedition. We were only up in Dallas for the day and planned t I drove in from San Antonio Saturday morning and our check engine light came on in the Expedition. We were only up in Dallas for the day and planned to head back the next morning. I called around to 3 other Ford dealerships and explained my situation only to be told that they were too busy. All I was looking for was someone to "plug" the truck in and let me know what the issue was so that I could get back to San Antonio to get it fixed without breaking down. When I called Sam Pack I could tell that they were busy, but Vincent said that he could squeeze me in at 1:30 that afternoon and take a look. After being there an hour not only had they identified the problem, but they had already fixed it as well! I greatly appreciate Vincent taking the time to listen to me and going above and beyond. More

Electrical problem 2013 F150 Vince did a great job helping to get our truck repaired. He kept us informed of what was being done on our truck at all times. No service at all I have taken my car for the third time and still my car has not been fixed. My first time I went with out a appointment , I was told that I need t I have taken my car for the third time and still my car has not been fixed. My first time I went with out a appointment , I was told that I need to make a appointment , so I took my car back to my house I make a appointment for 8/08/2015 when I arrive I was told that I have to leave my car for 3 or 4 days I say ok but them the told me that I have to fine me a ride home because they do not have no one to take me back to duncanville my house. This is a very inconvenient for me . My car is Not that much to just the passenger window and the driver seat not working properly, everyone. Think it may be a blow out fuse. So you see it would not taken them so much time. Just to look at the car is not nothing major. I think if you make a appointment , and you take time to be there on time at least they can do is lookong at the car. I have to travel at least 45 minutes to the 5 Star dealer . It should be 1 Star dealer . sorry to said. This this is my second and last time I will be doing business with this dealer , Iam very disappointed . Luis Acevedo a very dissatisfied customer. More

Bitter Sales staff top priority is making a sale. Professionalism is definitely not the employees top priority as many of the employees will be heard convers Sales staff top priority is making a sale. Service department had left a bitter taste in my mouth every time I went in or even talked on the phone. They are always correct and you are an the sucker who doesn't know what you are talking about. Would not recommend the sales department. Would DEFINITELY not recommend service department. More
