Wayne was amazingly patient with me, allowing me to test drive several vehicles to compare them. he took time to answer all of my questions and explain the features and benefits of the cars and trim packages. I was comfortable with my decision to purchase my new Rav4 XLS Hybrid. Pete, the finance manager, was also very thorough and helpful.
