Jeff Kingsley is great as are all the service advisors at this dealership. Very responsive and easy to work with and kept me in the loop throughout the process. As for the broader dealership, their parts pr this dealership. Very responsive and easy to work with and kept me in the loop throughout the process. As for the broader dealership, their parts prices are not very competitive and you'll do yourself a favor by shopping around bit. I understand that the dealership needs to make a profit, but in today's digital age, it doesn't take much effort to find better pricing for OEM Mopar parts. More

I went for service today and was told truck will be ready in under 2 hours. i checked around hour and 30min and was told its almost done, then checked again at 2 hours and told again they are finishing tire in under 2 hours. i checked around hour and 30min and was told its almost done, then checked again at 2 hours and told again they are finishing tire rotation. All this time i noticed a similar truck parked behind the service area. After 2 hours i walked to that area and noticed it was my truck and dealership did not even started the service. Very unprofessional and i would not trust this dealership for anything. I wonder if they would have charged me without even doing the oil change if i had not noticed. More
