Let me start by saying that I have used this Dealership and leased several personal vehicles for over 12 years now and my Sales Consultant is Mr. Willis Tucker. So over these last 12 years a lot has chang and leased several personal vehicles for over 12 years now and my Sales Consultant is Mr. Willis Tucker. So over these last 12 years a lot has changed in the world and that includes the auto leasing/ purchasing process. The issue that I came across in my last transaction is too complicated to attempt to detail. However, my first emotion was to vent my frustration with a negative review and never return. What would that have accomplished, I'm not sure? I did however take it upon myself to reach out to the General Manager, Mr. Jay Rosenthal who immediately returned my call and invited me to his office to explain what my issue was. He listened to me, he explained a few things that added some clarification to the picture but without hesitation understood from my prospective what the issue was and resolved things right away. I have gained much more respect and trust from this business after sitting down with him. This experience shows that any good relationship's foundation of trust is built on good, clear and transparent communication both listening and talking. I'm very happy that before I unilaterally broke this relationship based on what may have been a situation that could have been broken down and explained better, I had the opportunity to strengthen it by this interaction with the General Manager, Mr. Jay Rosenthal. I can say that it is now quite apparent to me why he is the General Manager at this establishment. I strongly encourage patronizing this business as I have done over the past 11 years and will continue to do so in the future. More

I have been a customer of this dealership since 2005 with my first Accord when they were on Merrick. I have always had a great experience until today. The finance manager had the audacity to scoff at me and my first Accord when they were on Merrick. I have always had a great experience until today. The finance manager had the audacity to scoff at me and walked away. She caught an attitude with me based on the fact I challenged her on the email that Honda has been sending out to customers. She is/ condescending and rude. Unfortunately she pissed me off so bad I made a scene in the dealership, because I was angry at that fact she scoffed at me. Really?? This is what you do to customers who have been loyal. Completely unacceptable!! More

I love the fact that I can always contact my dealer regarding any concerns that I might have even after purchase. Gary's nice with a dry sense of humor. Their tech guy is great as well, he goes above and beyond to help with any tech concerns or issues. Rabi Khan has some tech knowledge as well and is also helpful whether or not your his client. It's a nice clean atmosphere. I recommend them. More
