I had a good experience with the sales team at Jim Coleman Toyota. They accepted my True Car price and even came down couple hundred more. Everything was explained and they spent a lot of time with Coleman Toyota. They accepted my True Car price and even came down couple hundred more. Everything was explained and they spent a lot of time with me making sure I understood all the terms of the lease deal. Most of the dealers in Baltimore would not even offer a price below the MSRP but the folks in Bethesda made it worth the trip. Erick and William helped me with getting some accessories installed as part of the sale. Benjamin was very patient with me in helping me understand the leasing terms and rates. You have to do some work to get a good deal, but I was happy with my sales experience. More

Got me a terrific deal on a new car. I needed a new car. My lease was just about up. I had over 2K in negative equity in my trade and thought I would have to go with a pre-owned car. When I needed a new car. My lease was just about up. I had over 2K in negative equity in my trade and thought I would have to go with a pre-owned car. When I called them, they encouraged me to come n and get my trade appraised and just to take a look around. When I arrived they insisted that I test drove a NEW vehicle before I even looked at there USED inventory. I told them that I couldn't afford a new vehicle but they insisted. I got back with the new car and they gave me an unbelievable number. They must have worked very hard but somehow they got my a brand new car for LESS than the price on the used car i had come in to see. I have lived all over the country and this is far and away the BEST Toyota dealership I have ever worked with. More
