Requested by online system that dealer check my front end as I experienced what I think is a loose front end and look at whether or not oil change required as previous service could not reset reminder. Deal as I experienced what I think is a loose front end and look at whether or not oil change required as previous service could not reset reminder. Dealer said they would do so and next day called and said they did oil change but could not look at front end - that should have been communicated before I was there or at least upon my arrival. Waste of time and $ for me. Ford should find a way to have dealers who can service their products. More
