Kwasi is awesome. He went far beyond what was expected to find our dream car. He stayed in communication with us every step of the way. He gave us a personal tutorial of the car that was most helpful. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and personable. The personal communication after the car purchase has been very thoughtful and appreciated. Overall our experience was, in one word, awesome! Thanks again for making our dream come true!!

My Review Of Volkswagen of South Charlotte:

I have never had such a pleasurable experience shopping for a vehicle than at Volkswagen of South Charlotte with Kwasi Asante-Ansong. He was by far the most friendly, straight-forward, considerate sales associate I have ever dealt with. He made absolute sure I was completely knowledgeable of the product I was considering (Touareg) and genuinely gave me as much of his time as I needed. I couldn't recommend anyone better to purchase a car from.

I liked the selection I first saw when we arrived on the property and Kwasi introduced himself it was a good relationship from then on. He answered all of the questions that I had from the beginning. He did not need to go elsewhere to find the answers.
