This dealership always does an excellent job taking care of my vehicle. I paid about $1K for services to include a tire rotation. The next day after giving you a great review and on my way home to MD I noticed my wheel caps were not tightened. I literally had to pull over and get assistance with pulling all travel bags out of the car and wheel locks tightened. This level of service is unacceptable and qualifies no stars, for real! I notified Honda services; they apologized. Didn’t even call me to see if I made home safely. I’m writing to let you, I made it. More
