Brian, aka "The Car Dad," has spent his entire adult life in the car business, learning every side of the industry so he could do things the right way—with honesty, transparency, and a commitment to helping people make smart car-buying decisions.
Brian’s journey started right out of college when he took a sales job—not because he dreamed of selling cars, but because back then, salesmen got to drive a car, and he needed transportation. What started as a necessity quickly became a passion, and he worked his way up to management. His career took him and his family to Northern California, where he ran a dealership in Chico before becoming a Chevy franchise owner in Orland, CA. After years of dealership experience, he spent 13 years in the sub-prime lending world, learning firsthand how financing works and how to help customers avoid costly mistakes.
The car business runs deep in the family. Brian’s daughter, Brittany, followed in his footsteps, owning her own dealership for years and even serving on industry boards. The Car Son, Henry, now works side by side with him, managing the lot and helping folks find the right ride. Meanwhile, The Car Mom, Cate, and The Car Daughter, Lauren, are behind the scenes running the marketing department, making sure more people find out about The Car Dad’s fair, stress-free approach to car buying.
