I failed the vehicle inspection today at the DMV in Washington, DC because of the new odometer installed in December which was not showing the current mileage. I had it repaired and it failed the inspection today not because of the repairs, but because of the wrong odometer mileage. I had a new one installed in December, but it showed 0 miles.
