This is the worst place to receive service. Nothing better than being ignored while someone sits on their phone pretending to be busy. It was like I was invisible. Once the vehicle arrived, the staff has been non-existent. The vehicle was not clean, windows foggy, plastic on placards in the seats, floor mat on rear seat, not the floor, scratch on the rear non-existent. The vehicle was not clean, windows foggy, plastic on placards in the seats, floor mat on rear seat, not the floor, scratch on the rear of the truck, no dealer installed items listed on the window with the vehicle, given incorrect information about what items are included in one of the packages. Terrible communication without any follow through. Over 3 weeks after delivery, still waiting for accessories. I have zero idea what the status is since no one will follow up. I Have left messages and/or spoken with the sales person, sales manager and general manager, no response. I have had two other poor experiences with the service department with my other Ford vehicle. I will not work with this dealer ever again, nor will I recommend them to anyone I know. More
