I was lied to multiple times. Horrible way to treat a customer. They thought I wouldn't notice. This salesman told me the warranty included multiple things and I came to find it d Horrible way to treat a customer. They thought I wouldn't notice. This salesman told me the warranty included multiple things and I came to find it did not. He was extremely unprofessional. He showed me the wrong carfax for a different vehicle, and told me I would get two keys but there was only one. He also was NOT transparent about the pricing of the vehicle. He lied from the start saying certain fees are not adjustable, but they were in fact adjustable. ALSO, I had to wait HOURS for them to finish up just to find out they lied to me about several things. Horrible salesman. DO NOT GO TO DAN PAINTER IF YOU VISIT THIS DEALERSHIP. He wasted an entire day of my time and ruined my car buying experience. I walked away from a car I really wanted because I refuse to do business with a dealership that lacks integrity and lies to their customers. It's a no from me. More
