Lee Dearborn was great to work with, he made the whole process run smooth and made everything come together,I can't thank him enough.He straightened out a couple of curves in the road and made my dream ca process run smooth and made everything come together,I can't thank him enough.He straightened out a couple of curves in the road and made my dream car a reality.This was a long distance transaction,I`m from Massachusetts,but the way Lee and Derek handled my sale, it was like I was right next door, the best customer service.I had been looking for my specific Camaro,to order or buy ,for the past nine months, with no luck.Then I found Koons White Marsh Chevrolet on Cargurus and I found my Camaro.You don't have to live around the Maryland area to benefit from their large inventory of cars and trucks because they treat you like family no matter where you live in the USA.It has been one of the very best experiences I have had purchasing a new car, have bought a few, and I wouldn't hesitate to give Lee a call if I was to look for another vehicle, he made this a great experience. Visited the dealership today. Looking for a Camero SS hoping to test drive. I was immediately greeted by reception, and referred to a sales rep. I explained what I was looking for; I custom built a 2024 online, and I am ready to hit the go button on the order. But, wanted to test drive a SS before submitting my purchase order. (As well, visit select a dealer and rep that I’m comfortable doing business with.) I was willing to test drive an automatic or manual transmission. (Specifically looking to purchase a manual transmission.) She does a quick database search. Finds there are no manual transmissions SS on the lot. Then, I inquired about the SS automatic on the lot. She casually deflected and suggested that maybe its better that I go next-door to the competitor. She does a quick search for their database. There are no manual transmissions SS over there either. She makes a few more suggestions and then I departed. My only question is; Is there a policy against test driving ?? She was helpful at not being helpful!!!! Don’t judge a book by its cover. Thanks for wasting my time. More
