Very disappointed with the recent oil change service. Very loosely placed oil filter which results in loss of oil after couple hours of car delivery. I had to drive car without oil. I spend &800 on the same day upon staff request. Very rude behaving staff and his manager. They took this matter as granted as casually saying that mistakes happens. They did not offer proper compensation on their mistake as found a way so they can easily get out. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and contact me to discuss a resolution. We have been very pleased with how we have been treated from stepping in the door. I liked that Tyler was a chill guy to work with. He divulged up front that he was new so I was prepared for him to not to know all of the information on a non-Honda vehicle. He was however, very knowledgeable on the sales process which I appreciated. He kept in touch on the front end of the process, not so much on the back end when I had questions, which is why I couldn’t give him a 5-star rating. I don’t know that anyone can ever be happy with the price they pay for a vehicle, but I am happy with the vehicle itself. Thanks guys. More
