I was in there for a recall and an oil change so it was understandable that my car was going to be held for a couple day. But it was there for 9 days. I think a part needed to be ordered. About a week afte understandable that my car was going to be held for a couple day. But it was there for 9 days. I think a part needed to be ordered. About a week after picking up my car, my “change oil” light came on. Which makes me question if they actually changed my oil since I didn’t have a new sticker and the sensor wasn’t reset. Communication was ok, they would call and give me an update every 3 or 4 days. Overall, my experience was fine. Not great, but not terrible. More
