This place is a joke. I got a brand new Durango from this location, and upon driving I notice issues with it. The car would have the steering wheel shake and you felt vibr I got a brand new Durango from this location, and upon driving I notice issues with it. The car would have the steering wheel shake and you felt vibration coming from the tires. Took it back to the dealer and they didn't find any issues. I knew something was wrong when I went on a test drive with the so call mechanic and I showed him the issues, and his reply all new cars have that, which I knew it was a lie. Took it to another Dodge dealer and they found out that the alignment on the vehicle was way off, due to all weight balance being off on all tires. Seems like something was done on purpose, I make a bold statement, because isn't the vehicle suppose to go through pre check list before being deliver to customer. Dodge should really investigate this place and so call mechanics! More
