Great dealership - great customer service - Davis is as usual exceptional! Ok - Jeep as a brand and a product, my 4xe is rubbish - sent it in for oil change found it had a recall on a previous recall (the usual exceptional! Ok - Jeep as a brand and a product, my 4xe is rubbish - sent it in for oil change found it had a recall on a previous recall (the one that died on me while diving on the freeway, and over two weeks in service) … wait, it’s a recall on a recall but there is no remedy. What??? Classical covering the $@#! Such an iconic brand that’s flushed down. Done :( More

Kept my truck for 4 days to only work on 1 issue of the 3 I described. As soon as I drove a way in my truck the issue I had showd up. The back up sensor, which I believe they didn't even test.
