She completely broke the mold of the typical, mundane sales rep; she was candid, informative, and genuinely fun to work with. She made the entire process enjoyable and never hesitated to track down answers to any question I had. Mason was a class act as well, helping guide everything toward exactly where I wanted to be with the deal. I also want to shoutout Irnes, who made all the paperwork smooth, simple, and painless. I’ve been to a lot of dealerships and spent plenty of time finalizing car deals, but the Lou Sobh family stood out. I’m super grateful for how well they took care of me.
