After telling me that the car was ready and that he would bring it out for me, I had to wait at least 20 to 30 more minutes to find out that the car was actually ready for me to pickup. After the wait I had bring it out for me, I had to wait at least 20 to 30 more minutes to find out that the car was actually ready for me to pickup. After the wait I had to go out to the floor to find hime and wait on him to get off the phone to ask him if the had been brought out yet. Furthermore, he told me that he would order the need part for me and would call me when the part was in(and the it should be in the next day). It has been 3 days now, and I still haven't heard from him whether the part had come in or not. More

We brought the truck in for a loose steering issue. Truck needed some suspension work and ended up needing new brakes. We got the truck back and it is all over the place. I was told well it needs new tires. So we brought it back had new tires put on it and another alignment. We were told it was aligned as best as possible. The truck is still impossible to keep straight after over $8000 of service. It is really disappointing that the truck couldn’t be fixed after over a week in the shop and being told the truck is aligned as good as possible. This is a work truck that is now not safe to drive. We are waiting for a call back from the service manager but am completely unsatisfied with the work done especially after spending thousands of dollars. More
