The team at McCluskey did a fantastic job from the very beginning and me building and inspecting out my vehicle, keeping me updated throughout the build process at the factory and then the ultimate deliver beginning and me building and inspecting out my vehicle, keeping me updated throughout the build process at the factory and then the ultimate delivery to my front door. Things could be better ! Communication among staff and each department ! Explain and teach the technicians to check the customers in and they should ALL be on the same page o Communication among staff and each department ! NOT trying to just rip the customers off for money as the technician tried to do me on Tuesday March 10th, wasted my gas and time ! I had to call the finance manager to get things straightened out , due to the technician not knowing about there computer website ! I had to come back the next day for the same routine warranty service ! Then after that was still trying to charge me money ! Sad situation! And a few things that was supposed to also be done, was not done are was I offered any compensation! I gave the technician a 4 star for the 2nd amendment ! The technician the first day gets a “0”! He was just trying to rip me off just like the salesman and sales manager that didn’t have the respect to contact me about the purchase agreement !!!!! IWILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM McCluskey Chevrolet ! Never , the two salespeople rip me off for $10,000.00 dollars and put it in their pockets ! All of the warranty and customers bonus’s discounts from General Motors corporation !!!! And then didn’t want to talk to me and you can’t get in touch with the owner of the dealership either which is very bad and definitely poor business !!!!! All they want is your money and not worried about satisfaction of a customer !!!!! More

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN!!!! 4-5 years this problem has yet to be resolved. In 2021 I bought a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTD. Part of my I WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN!!!! 4-5 years this problem has yet to be resolved. In 2021 I bought a 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LTD. Part of my purchase included a spray in bed liner. I was told at the purchase that I would be contacted about scheduling the spray in liner. I waited several weeks before I attempted to contact this dealership after not hearing anything. I was told to leave a message, and someone would be back in contact with me. That never happened! I then received a e-mail about getting my car serviced there. I replied that I would not schedule any service until the spray in liner was resolved. I was told that the message has been passed along to the service manager and I should receive a reply promptly. Never happened. Time passed, and now in 2026 the original sales rep. Tony Belafonte, contacts me to see if I want to purchase a new vehicle. I told him that the spray in liner that was supposed to come with the original purchase never happened. Weeks of texting Tony, sending pictures of the truck bed, and more texting went on. Last text I received on Jan 22, 2026 was “Yeah, they are trying to find the deal. It was so long ago… next time I’m in I’ll give it [picture of truck bed with no liner] to the manager… Hang in there. I’ll know something the first part of next week.” Its now Feb, 20,2026. Almost, a month later and I have no response. This is horrible communication, customer service, and customer relations!!! Everyone at that dealership who is involved with this should be ashamed of themselves! Once they get your money, they no longer care about you as a customer! More
