I was told that I was due for a complimentary oil change. I received several VM reminding me of the appointment. When I arrived, which I had planned my whole day around, they said there was no complimentary I received several VM reminding me of the appointment. Nothing is free.” After a discussion, I was advised that I was 2,000 miles over my complimentary tire rotation. I showed a recent message from their location. I found the shift supervisor harsh and abrasive. Definitely did not put the consumer first. The saving grace was Aiden. He was kind and understanding and helped me take advantage of any cost savings available. More
