We had plans of going to other dealers in the area that day however our sales person Ben told us that he will do whatever it takes to ensure that we get the right car at the right price and that we don’t go to anyone else. This whole process was a really amazing experience. Ben was NOT pushy in a salesman‘s like way and was Very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at and left us alone enough so that my wife and I could talk. We finally located the one vehicle that we really wanted and I had my bottom line price that I would go. Within 10 seconds of painless negotiation I got my number, he got his number and 30 minutes later we drove away in a beautiful Mercedes Benz.
