In desperate times for our Prius Greg Gamble was exceptiona! Our Prius has had to be towed there twice since we have had it to have the twelve volt battery replaced. Greg’s help on a Sunday was great. While you Our Prius has had to be towed there twice since we have had it to have the twelve volt battery replaced. Greg’s help on a Sunday was great. While you were very busy he saw the work was done in a reasonable time. We have had nothing but Toyotas for thirty years. Two of which were bought at your dealership. From my initial inquiry to closing he was there at every step answering questions and getting it done in a friendly no nonsense manner (which I appreciate). Willy Patti laid out the options in a way easy for a layman to understand (with a good sense of humor to boot). Yvonne (failed to remember her last name and didn't see her listed) in finance went out of her way to give me the best possible outcome, as did the whole team. Wonderful crew and great cars.
