Charged $1260 in unnecessary repairs My 2015 Ford was still under factory warranty when it started experiencing heavy shuddering and lack of power. Joe Myer's service dept said it was bad My 2015 Ford was still under factory warranty when it started experiencing heavy shuddering and lack of power. Joe Myer's service dept said it was bad fuel and charged me $1261 in repairs. The truck drove badly after picking it up and broke down the next day. I had it towed to Tomball Ford where they determined the problem to be a bad ERG valve and fixed the problem under my warranty. I consistently get fuel from the same station and that station sent me a letter saying they had no other complaints about their fuel and other quality control documentation. Joe Myer's refuses to admit they misdiagnosed my tuck's problem or refund the $1261 spent on unnecessary repairs even though I have sufficient documentation proving they were wrong. More

Had appt for service Saturday morning and boy has this dealership gone down hill. Arrived and was told I was not even in the computer and that all they did on Saturdays was oil changes so that I would need to reschedule. Very unprofessional. Felt rushed out. Called to reschedule today and told there is nothing available until next week. Don’t see myself purchasing another truck here as there are tons of options in Houston and the surrounding areas with dealerships that appreciate they customers and treat with respect. More
