Timely and professional communication was initiated by service advisor Dustin Butler on multiple occasions throughout the day. As a result, I didn’t have to seek out the service department once. I wasn't a big fan of having to wait slightly over an hour, which I completely forget to take into mind that Jay Wolfe is a huge dealership that is extremely busy, but the service that was provided was excellent and the employees were very knowledgeable with any questions that I had for them.
